Between the Buns, Michiana’s No. 1 Sports Bar/Restaurant has been growing and expanding consistently over the last 7 years.  With 4 locations, soon to be 5, we’re preparing to align ourselves for fast growth.  With growth, comes opportunities for those already onboard. 

With the opening of our next store in Elkhart, we are looking for managers of all levels.

GENERAL MANAGER
 Has genuine Ownership Opportunity
Has complete responsibility of the restaurant operation

  • Deliver outstanding 100% guest service by leading, coaching, training, and motivating all managers and staff.

  • Drive sales through operational excellence, offsite events, and marketing

  • Control all aspects of the P & L

  • Interact with guests on a daily basis, getting to know them on a personal level that encourages return visits, and create an atmosphere in the restaurant that builds energy, vitality, and fun.

SERVICE MANAGER
Operates and oversees all facets of the Servers and sales

  • Deliver outstanding 100% guest service.
  • Ensure the hiring and retention of best Servers through continual training, and motivation.
  • Interact with guests on a daily basis, getting to know them on a personal level that encourages return visits, and create an atmosphere in the restaurant that builds energy, vitality, and fun.

BEVERAGE MANAGER 
Operates and oversees all facets of the Bar and sales

  • Control cost through ordering & inventory maintenance.

  • Build check averages and add-on sales with a particular emphasis on the sale of wine and alcoholic beverages.

  • Design promotions for execution in your own store and possibly company wide, while controlling beverage costs.

  • Interact with guests on a daily basis, getting to know them on a personal level that encourages return visits, and create an atmosphere in the restaurant that builds energy, vitality, and fun.

KITCHEN MANAGER
Operates and oversees all facets of the Kitchen

  • Lead and ensure the consistent planning, production, ordering, preparation, and prompt delivery of hot, attractive, great-tasting food.

  • Direct the operational efficiency and profitability of all food related operations.

  • Hire the best employees.

  • Control all costs related to kitchen operations and personnel.

  • Maintain a clean, safe and positive working environment.

  • Create an atmosphere in the restaurant that builds energy, vitality, and fun.
